Many law enforcement agencies across Kansas including the Kansas High Way Patrol will participating in Thanksgiving Safe Arrival traffic enforcement campaign. They will be out in force starting Nov. 19^th through Sunday Nov 25^th looking for drivers that are impaired or not buckled up properly. According to KDOT the day before Thanksgiving sees more impairment related crashes than other day of the year.
