Emporia Arts Council and Mobilizing Literacy continue to partner and plan event for young families! The next event is Thurs. Jan 17th from 5:30-6:15p. This family engagement opportunity includes reading “Sneezy the Snowman” and kids making their very own snowman door hanger. This FREE event is for kids under 6 yrs.
